How do recurring donations work?

These are donations that are made on a bi-monthly or monthly basis. If you plan to make a regular donation to the foundation, you can opt to register for this, so that you wont need to provide your contact information and payment details each time.

How will I be able to manage my donation?

Youll be able to edit your payment method, donation amount, and even cancel your "subscription" through the email you will be receiving every two weeks or every month (dependent on your recurrence setting).

How can I donate?

For credit or debit card donations, including PayMaya, your account will automatically be charged every two weeks or every month, depending on your chosen recurrence setting. An email and text reminder will be sent to you 3 days before the transaction, and another will be sent once the donation is made.

For bank transfers and digital wallets (GCash and GrabPay only), a similar set of notifications will be sent 3 days prior to the donation date. This will not be on an auto-charge basis. In this email and text message, you can choose to "Pay Now" or wait 3 days. On the day of the donation transaction, another set of notifications will be sent at 7am informing you that the donation must be made within the day.

Can I trust you with my card details?

Your payment details are encrypted and stored by top payment technology providers. We do not have access to any of your payment details. The only information we have is the payment method youve selected.
